Last week I participated in The athletics day being held at my school, I think I participated well in it. Also last week I had swimming training which i always participate hard in because its boring having a hour of swimming without even trying. On a scale of 1-5 in my participation last week is probably a solid 4 Because I pushed myself .

The One punch scene.
This week I learnt about how to make a small part of a fight scene. We learnt about timing, And selling the punch of the scene and how to show the pain that the punch created and sound of the punch. We made the sound of the punches impact by clapping our hands as the fake punch came across.
Something I didn't understand, was how to make the sound of the punch as you threw it.
One question I have is can you make a different impact sound without clapping your hands?
I would like to learn more about fight scenes and how to make a effective scene.
